This Data Processing Addendum forms part of your agreement with Sustainability By AI Pty Ltd and governs how we process personal information on your behalf.

We process data only on your documented instructions, maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures, and assist with data subject requests under the Australian Privacy Principles and equivalent international frameworks.
